Message reads “From Turvey Grange, Turvey Beds Beds. Dearest E, so sorry we did not see you again on Sunday, but we were so late. Well shall be so pleased if you will come to see us on Friday, and spend the day. Try and come by the 9.45 train (Midland) if you don’t cycle. The next train isn’t until 2.00 Do come, much love your Pheobe.”
