Copy of the Deed of Gift of land at Turvey for the erection of almshouses

A 12 page booklet produced in 2010 for the 125th anniversary of the opening of the Barton and Royle almshouses containing a reproduction of the original Deed of Gift of the land on which the almshouses were built and the Deed Poll creating an endowment fund for Barton’s charity.
